1. Why do I want to consign with Little Treasure 4 kids?

Little Treasure 4 kids allows you the opportunity to earn income by selling your gently-used clothing, accessories, and books. Consignors will receive 50% of the selling price of each item sold. Little Treasure 4 kids will sell your items via the internet, and by selling online (where millions of people roam everyday), chances are your items will have a faster sale turnaround. Get your kids involved, let them earn the profit! This could help teach your child how to take care of their clothes, accessories and books plus earn extra money at a very young age.

2. Why do I want to buy from Little Treasure 4 kids?

Little Treasure 4 kids can save you 50% to 75% off the current retail price. We strive to offer only the best name brand or in-style clothing, accessories and books. Every item is carefully selected, pre-washed, and your orders will be shipped within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.

3. What do I do to become a consigner?

Complete the contact form; we will be in touch with you within 24 hours to schedule a drop off/pick up appointment. (Although we prefer for you to complete the contact form, feel free to call us at (713) 974-0226 to schedule your appointment.) We accept consignments by appointment only.

5. Is there a seasonal collection time for clothing?

Little Treasure 4 kids accepts all season clothing throughout the year; however, because there is a limited time (four to six months period) to consign with us, it is to your best interest to consign clothes within the season. Following is an example that you might want to consider when consigning:

Spring/Summer Clothing – Consign within February 1 through July 31
Fall/Winter Clothing – Consign within August 1 through January 31

6. Where are you located?

Little Treasure 4 kids is a mom-owned, home-based online store. We are located in Houston, Texas; however, we do accept items from consigners that live in Cyfair, Pearland and Bellaire, Texas

7. How can consigners help promote Little Treasure 4 kids?

We encourage you as the consigner to help us promote our store. This will benefit you as a consigner, because your items will have a faster sale turnaround. Please print our flyer and place it in areas you visit, like your child’s daycare/preschool, church, workplace or any other place where parents might benefit.

8. How can I tell the condition of each item?

Our clothes vary from New to Playwear.

New Never worn, in perfect condition with tags.
Excellent Like new, shows minimal or no signs of wear.
Great Gently worn, great condition with some noticeable wear.
Good Minor wash wear, some wear is evident (fade, fuzz, etc.), overall condition is good.
Playwear General wear or fading, or may just have a stain, too cute to get rid off

9. How can I pay for my order?

When using our online shopping cart you may select several forms of payment. Little Treasure 4 kids is pleased to accept PayPal as one of our payment processors. PayPal protects the security of your information during transmission; they process the credit cards, and PayPal protects your privacy and information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. PayPal orders will be shipped within one (1) business day of receiving payment.

10. What if I want to pay with a personal check or money order?

When using our online shopping cart, select one of these methods during the checkout process. Mail your check or money order to P. O. Box 631474, Houston, TX 77263-1474. The item(s) will be put on hold for ten (10) days. Once check or money order is received and the funds have been cleared, you will receive an electronic confirmation, and merchandise will be shipped the same day. If payment is not received within ten (10) days it will be placed back up for sale. Please make checks payable to ‘Little Treasure 4 kids’.

11. What is your shipping/rates policy?

At this time Little Treasure 4 kids only ships within the United States. Our shipping rates are as follows:

1 - 2 items $3.75
3 - 4 items $4.75
5 - 8 items $6.75
9 - 12 items $8.75
13 - 17 items $10.75

All US orders will be sent to you by USPS priority mail. Priority mail usually takes 2-3 business days, but we ask that you allow 7-10 business days for Standard delivery. We will do our best to ship orders within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that insurance is an extra $1.35. (We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items once your order is in transit).

12. What are your shipping charges for the Houston or Bellaire, TX zones?

If your ‘Total Est. Distance’ is five (5) miles or less from the following zip codes (77401 or 77263), there will be a flat rate delivery charge of $2.75. Your items will be delivered to you between 1-2 days. To find out if you can take advantage of this great offer, click the link on the zip codes above, enter your shipping address, and look up your 'Total Est. Distance'. If you do qualify, during the checkout process, choose 'shipping within 5 miles' as your shipping option.

All customers outside the five (5) mile range can pay our shipping rates or contact us to see if we have other affordable rates available. Please include the shipping address and the amount of items you want to purchase on your email. During the checkout process, choose 'shipping outside 5 miles' as your shipping option. All orders will be sent via USPS unless you specify otherwise. With gas prices sky rocketing, shipping your items to you is the most efficient and economical way!

13. What is your return policy?

(Mailing Customers) Customer Satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not happy with an item purchased online, you must contact us by telephone and mail back the items within ten (10) days of the receipt purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Returns will be accepted, provided they still have the tags on and are in the original condition in which they were sold. If tags are removed you will not receive full credit.

(Non-Mailing Customers) Customer Satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not happy with an item purchased online, you must contact us by telephone or e-mail within three (3) days of the receipt purchase for a full refund, we will contact you within 24 hours to make an appointment for the return. Returns will be accepted only if, they still have the tags on and are in the original condition in which they were sold. If tags are removed you will not receive full credit.

14. What is your privacy policy?

We appreciate and respect you as our customer. All information is confidential. We will NEVER sell, exchange, or distribute any of your information with any other individuals/companies. Your privacy is important to us!
